Install

Needs env vars: SLACK_CONFIG_PATH, SLACK_TEAM_ID — replace the <placeholders> with your values.

claude mcp add io-github-mindstone-mcp-server-slack --env SLACK_CONFIG_PATH=<SLACK_CONFIG_PATH> --env SLACK_TEAM_ID=<SLACK_TEAM_ID> -- npx @mindstone/mcp-server-slack

/mcp confirms it's connected.
