Set MDB_MCP_CONNECTION_STRING to your MongoDB connection string; drop --readOnly to allow writes.
claude mcp add mongodb --env MDB_MCP_CONNECTION_STRING=<MDB_MCP_CONNECTION_STRING> -- npx -y mongodb-mcp-server@latest --readOnly/mcp confirms it's connected.
