Needs an env var: GAFFER_API_KEY — replace the <placeholders> with your values.
claude mcp add sh-gaffer-mcp --env GAFFER_API_KEY=<GAFFER_API_KEY> -- npx @gaffer-sh/mcp/mcp confirms it's connected.
