Install

Needs env vars: AZURE_ORG, AZURE_PROJECT, AZURE_PAT — replace the <placeholders> with your values.

claude mcp add io-github-broisnischal-azure-mcp --env AZURE_ORG=<AZURE_ORG> --env AZURE_PROJECT=<AZURE_PROJECT> --env AZURE_PAT=<AZURE_PAT> -- npx azure-board-mcp

/mcp confirms it's connected.
