Needs an env var: PROPSTACK_API_KEY — replace the <placeholders> with your values.

claude mcp add io-github-ashev87-propstack-mcp --env PROPSTACK_API_KEY=<PROPSTACK_API_KEY> -- npx propstack-mcp-server

/mcp confirms it's connected.
