Needs env vars: GHL_API_KEY, GHL_LOCATION_ID — replace the <placeholders> with your values.

claude mcp add io-github-northrosetech-ghl-mcp-server --env GHL_API_KEY=<GHL_API_KEY> --env GHL_LOCATION_ID=<GHL_LOCATION_ID> -- npx @northrosetech/ghl-mcp-server

/mcp confirms it's connected.
