Install

Needs an env var: TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN — replace the <placeholders> with your values.

claude mcp add io-github-parthjadhav-telegram-notify-mcp --env TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN=<TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN> -- npx @parthj/telegram-notify-mcp

/mcp confirms it's connected.
