Install
Needs an env var: GOOGLE_ACCESS_TOKEN — replace the <placeholders> with your values.
claude mcp add io-github-domdomegg-gmail-mcp --env GOOGLE_ACCESS_TOKEN=<GOOGLE_ACCESS_TOKEN> -- npx gmail-mcp/mcp confirms it's connected.
Or add it manually in ~/.cursor/mcp.json:
