Install

Needs env vars: TWILIO_ACCOUNT_SID, TWILIO_AUTH_TOKEN — replace the <placeholders> with your values.

claude mcp add io-github-mrfentmen-twilio-mcp-server --env TWILIO_ACCOUNT_SID=<TWILIO_ACCOUNT_SID> --env TWILIO_AUTH_TOKEN=<TWILIO_AUTH_TOKEN> -- npx twilio-mcp-server

/mcp confirms it's connected.
