Install

Needs an env var: TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN — replace the <placeholders> with your values.

claude mcp add io-github-patricktobias86-dynamic-telegram-bot-api-mcp --env TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN=<TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN> -- npx dynamic-telegram-bot-api-mcp

/mcp confirms it's connected.
