Install
Needs an env var: HEARTWOOD_DB_PATH — replace the <placeholders> with your values.
claude mcp add io-github-jermayne36-heartwood-memory --env HEARTWOOD_DB_PATH=<HEARTWOOD_DB_PATH> -- uvx heartwood-memory/mcp confirms it's connected.
