Needs env vars: HOMEBOX_URL, HOMEBOX_TOKEN — replace the <placeholders> with your values.

claude mcp add io-github-dgahagan-homebox-mcp --env HOMEBOX_URL=<HOMEBOX_URL> --env HOMEBOX_TOKEN=<HOMEBOX_TOKEN> -- uvx homebox-mcp

/mcp confirms it's connected.
